This page explains how feedback submitted through Duewise may be used by Duewise and SRF Systems.
Duewise may collect product feedback, star ratings and review comments from users or testers.
Star ratings and review comments may be displayed publicly on SRF Systems product pages and related product pages.
If a user allows name display, only the first name should be displayed. Private account details should not be displayed publicly.
If a user does not allow name display, feedback may still be displayed publicly as anonymous.
Duewise and SRF Systems may remove private details from feedback before display.
Feedback may be filtered, grouped or translated for readability while keeping the original language context where practical.
Users can contact DueWise@srfsystems.uk to ask about feedback removal or correction where reasonably possible. Duewise is a product by SRF Systems.
